Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AppSphere ("we") handles consumer health data in DailyBaby (the "App"), as required by Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws in Nevada, Connecticut and other states. It supplements our Privacy Policy (dailybaby.apporbit.xyz/en/privacy).

Effective date: October 30, 2026

1. Consumer health data we collect

Only what you or the family members you invite enter in the App:

  • Baby care records: feeding, diapers, sleep, baths, activities, tummy time and notes
  • Baby health records: temperature, symptoms, clinic visits, medication and growth measurements (length, weight, head circumference), including measurements at birth
  • Pregnancy information: due date, first day of last period, pre-pregnancy weight and BMI
  • Pregnancy records: prenatal checkups, pregnancy weight, kicks, symptoms, contractions and pregnancy diary

2. Why we collect and use it

Only to provide the features you ask for: saving and showing your records, syncing them across your devices, sharing them with the family members you invite, statistics, reports and charts, reminders, and the AI daily summary if you turn it on. We do not use consumer health data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

You, and the family members you invite to the same baby.

4. Who we share it with

  • Family members you invite, at your direction (pregnancy records follow your sharing settings)
  • Service providers that run the App for us under contract, only for that purpose:

- Supabase (database and servers)

- Expo, Apple and Google (delivering notifications; a reminder can mention a record type, such as feeding)

- Anthropic (only if you turn on AI daily summary: totals such as feeding count and sleep time, age in days and date — not your baby's name or notes)

  • We do not share consumer health data with advertising or analytics services, and we do not sell it.

5. Your rights

  • Access: see your records in the App, or ask us which consumer health data we hold and who we shared it with.
  • Deletion: delete records in the App, or delete your account (Settings > Delete account, or dailybaby.apporbit.xyz/en/account-deletion). We delete your data from our systems and our service providers; server backups are removed within 30 days.
  • Withdraw consent: stop entering health records, delete them, turn off AI daily summary, or delete your account at any time.
  • We respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer with "Appeal"; we will decide within 45 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact your state attorney general (in Washington: www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint).
